Notepad Classic is a visually rewritten clone of built-in
notepad application of Microsoft Windows operating system
since 1995. Unfortunately it's ditched in Windows 11 22H2
and replaced with a modern version with lot more features.
Why we need
---------------------------------------------------------
Those extra features makes it a fully featured ide, not a
notepad anymore. Takes time to load and served in extremely
detailed interface, which your brain needs a second to figure
it what's going on. There is also a lot of notepad
alternatives developed on last decades, they started with
same claim but they also developed full of unnecessary and
confusing features over time.
When you need
---------------------------------------------------------
Notepad was used to take small personal notes on disk,
edit text files including scripting code of any kind,
and see contents of unknown file formats.
Notepad Classic is augmenting process of those scenerios
with few built-in extras.

inspired from media player classic (https://mpc-hc.org/)
which is exactly in same appearance of windows 98's
mplayer2 app but capable to play 8k 60fps videos.

2.Code detection, syntax highlighting, detect urls.
3.Ability to craft binary from DEC or HEX input
